Language

 

English will be the official language of the Symposium.

 

Travel Agency Desk

 

It will be open from Monday, September 3 to Thursday, September 6 from 10h 30m to 18h.

 

Climate

 

The weather is usually very nice and warm in Lisboa in September. The sun is expected to be shining and the temperatures will probably be around 27 ºC. These are excellent conditions to spend a pleasant time at the sandy beaches near Lisboa.

 

Lunch

 

For regular and student participants lunches on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday will be served at the Cantina, located at the FCUL Campus and are included in the registration fee.

 

Voltage

 

In Portugal the line voltage  is 220 V.

 

Banking

 

Several banks are located near the FCUL. Most of the restaurants and shops will accept major credit cards.

 

Insurance

 

Participants are responsible for arranging their own health and accident insurance. The Organising Committee will not be held liable for accidents, theft or property damage.
