REGISTRATION FEES

Please print, fill in and return the registration form A by May 15, 2001 to the Symposium Secretariat. Your registration will be confirmed as soon as the payment is received.

Registrations at reduced rates can only be accepted if the payment is received by May 15. After this date registrations will be charged at a higher price. You may also register at the Symposium Registration Desk immediately after your arrival. The Registration Desk will be open on Sunday from 14 h 30 m until 18 h and daily from 9 h – 17 h 30 m.

*This category includes undergraduate and graduate students. A letter of endorsement from the supervisor is required.

The regular participant and student fees include:

• Attendance at all scientific sessions and exhibition;
• Lunches on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday;
• Coffee Breaks
• Welcome Party, sponsered by F. Hoffmann-La Roche Ltd
• Book Party at Livraria Escolar Editora
• Concert
• Gala dinner on Thursday evening
• Symposium documentation

 

The accompanying person fee does not include lunches nor Coffee Breaks but all other social activities mentioned above are included in this fee (including the Gala Dinner).

The combined fee is a regular participant fee, which also includes an excursion and accommodation for 5 nights.
